Zach Whitmire, PJ Fronsdahl and Austin Hellinger captured individual district titles as Wrestling placed second overall as a team at the 2010 District Tournament.  Whitmire (44-6) pinned Rene Rivera of Apopka one minute into the first round to win the 112 pound title.  Fronsdahl (42-7) scored a major decision, 13-3, over Lake Brantley's Matt Shropshire at 130 pounds and Hellinger (38-11) defeated Olympia's Nick Murphey by technical fall, 16-0, at 145 pounds. 

Jared Watkins (38-11) placed second at 119 pounds, Janz Lado (39-5) placed second at 125 pounds, Alan Arevalo placed third at 189, Casey Sanstrom was third at 215 and Chris Abad placed fourth at 285.  DP finished with 143.5 points overall, four points behind West Orange.  All nine place-winners will advance to Friday's Regional Tournament in Ocala.
