Men's Lacrosse opened the 2010 season on Thursday night as they traveled to Clermont to take on East Ridge but came up a little short in the effort falling to the host Knights 7-4. The Panthers outshot East Ridge 32-27, but lost the ground ball battle which led to be the difference in the game. Senior Daniel Pero had three goals and went 8-13 on face off's while junior Nick Crocker had a goal and an assist. Goalkeeper Craig Day had 20 saves in the loss. The Panthers will be back in action next Tuesday with their home opener against Bishop Moore, JV starting at 5:30 and varsity at 7:00.
