Great start to the Women’s Water Polo season last night as the Panthers rolled to an 18-4 victory over host Gateway.  Marisa Gaynor started the match in the field and made the most of it with seven goals, seven steals and an assist.  In the second half Gaynor moved to goalkeeper and picked up five saves and another steal.  Nora Davis was superb as well, notching four goals, four steals and two assists.  Jennifer Roman scored three goals with five steals and four assists while freshman Heather McNeil (two goals), Elif Arditi (goal) and Meredith Smith (goal) all had solid matches.  They’ll look to keep up the pace tonight vs. University.
